INVENTORY AND ANALYSIS

We begin the design process by researching the site and studying its history, natural habitat and surrounding landscape. We conduct analyses of:

  • urban and planning conditions, including an analysis of existing functional zones, communication layout, technical infrastructure, demographics, legal acts and provisions of the Local Development Plan;
  • historical conditions, in particular, in areas near historical buildings
  • natural conditions, including an inventory of the existing vegetation, valorization
    and management of tree stands
  • topographical conditions including geodetic inventory
  • studies including valorization of the site and architectural elements

Depending on the specifics of the project and the scope of work, we take into account all factors that may affect further design work. The above-mentioned analyses are the starting data necessary to begin the design process.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

The conceptual design is created on the basis of the analysis carried out and the guidelines derived from the source materials. Throughout the design process, we work closely with both the Investor and other branches.

Our goal is to design a space that improves the quality of life, maintaining a balance between nature and people. At this stage we present a preliminary vision
and solutions, which, after consultation with the Investor, take the form of a full conceptual design that takes into account the planned budget.

CONSTRUCTION / DETAILED DESIGN

This phase of the project is a detailed version of the concept consistent with the other branch designs. It contains specified quantitative and qualitative parameters of the elements and materials used. Observing current trends, we aim at innovative solutions combining nature, ecology, modern materials and technologies.

SUPERVISION

We are committed to a high standard and quality of implemented projects, so we provide comprehensive supervision of construction work at every stage of the investment. This allows us to maintain compliance of the ongoing construction work with the approved design and the possibility of introducing alternative solutions if necessary.

DOCUMENTATION

The complete documentation of the landscape project consists of a descriptive part including technical specifications, a graphical part and a bill of quantities.
